The evidence
This workshop is based on peer-reviewed learning science research. It draws on retrieval practice research, self-regulated learning theory and neuroscience research on stress management.
Workshop sequence
We recommend that students complete this workshop in VCE and complete our ‘Principles for Learning Success’ and ‘Effective Revision Strategies’ workshops prior to VCE.

This workshop is designed to support students in VCE (and can be adjusted for IB cohorts).
